About Kenny Raupple

Knowledge: 

After graduating from Yale University with a BA in Political Science, Kenny served as a 2nd Lt in the United States Marine Corps.  Later he received a Juris Doctor from CWRU.  He was subsequently admitted to pratice law in Ohio, Florida and Texas.  His Texas license to practice law is currently "inactive" status.     

Experience:

As an attorney, Kenny advised clients, and negotiated and drafted purchase and sale agreements for numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions.  As the owner of a Title Insurance Fee Office, Kenny resolved many real estate title issues which would have kept transactions from closing.  Kenny has taught real estate classes at SMU and Collin County Community College for the last 10 years.  As a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Broker for 17 years,  he applies his knowledge and experience for the benefit of his sellers and buyers, to give them an edge in the transaction.
